time to crank out 10 french news reports today on shitty wifi (i have to stream these 40 minute fuckers god)
college is catered towards the able bodied and able minded. school applauds people who can stay up all night, skip meals, and work endlessly. that kind of extreme contribution is expected. why are disabled people being squeezed out of academic institutions? why should I feel inferior because of some arbitrary and ridiculous standard?
the one time classes did get canceled due to weather and it was because there was like 3 inches of ice and the campus buses couldn’t get around and people were just like. walking outside and falling over. a bunch of guys from the neighboring dorm managed to get their hands on some of the shopping carts we use at move-in in the dorms and had brooms and mops and were playing some weirdass version of hockey that mostly ended with crashing into each other on the carts.
i watched it all from my window when i should have been studying.
now for the real question
like am i ever going to be on time to greek lit
the answer is no because i fucking hate this class
elementary school was like “hell yeah”. middle school was like “hell no”. and high school. high school is just “hell”
college is just “what the hell”
in other news i found out several days ago that my roommate wears black hair extensions which explains the long black hairs around the room that i could not find a source for
i found the extensions on the floor one morning after i’d just woken up and had a screaming fit because WHAT THE FUCK WAS THAT
lesson learned don’t get up and walk around without your glasses on at 8am
